Which analytics tool should I use for my Shopify store? I am using Google Analytics, is there any better tool?

Google analytics is the best solution. You need to learn how to use goals and events. Analyze the different traffic sources like organic search, email, Facebook and etc. If you learn how to use the data you can optimize your campaigns and store design and improve the performance of your store.
