Can you optimum without support services and reviews?

I personally can’t imagine my life without it, because when I plan to order something, I immediately want to know about the quality of the product I have chosen, or if something happens to my order or I need funds, how can I contact the optimum without a service support, so at the moment I'm looking for the best service to contact support for various companies and also looking for feedback about companies.
